“This property was full of history and unique features. There is craftsmanship in each piece, from ceilings using wood repurposed from old barns to the bed headboard made from the door of the original house. You get to know all about the history of the place it used to be. The property is beautiful and lovely to walk around. You might even get to say hello to beautiful horses and a few other friendly animals or enjoy figs from the fig trees if you visit when they are in season. The cabin itself……

“We had the best time during our stay! Everything was absolutely top notch… the owners communicated very well, the home was beautiful, the inside was clean, and the farm was amazing!! We loved seeing all of the animals and we enjoyed the serenity of the farm! We’ll definitely return if we’re in the area and we highly recommend staying here. ”

“Been to a lot of rentals around Kerr Lake. This by far was one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed You won’t be disappointed if you rent here.!”

“This may be the nicest rental property we've ever stayed at. Quiet. Secluded, but not hard to get to. And the house is immaculate. No signs of damage from previous guests. High-quality furniture. Well maintained and with all the details in mind of the guests. We'll be staying here every time we're in town.”

“Perfect summer staycation.It was like being in a remote mountain cabin, but with a pool.Lots of pool toys and ping pong.We grilled out on the deck, rode bikes just across the road at Joyner Park.And even though it rained all day, rhe ladt day, we had loads of board games and pac man to entertain us.A beautiful house with a great kit hen.Everything we could want.”

“The property is in a convenient location but also is quiet and serene. We enjoyed the deck (no bugs even though we were in the woods, probably because it is on the 2nd story). King sized bed was adequate and the big shower was amazing! Lots of creative decorations made it fun in the cabin. The place was very clean and well stocked. We were the only guests (there are 4 units total on the property) so it was quiet. I appreciated the quick responses (via the app) from the host, even late at night……

“My husband and I stayed in the CUTEST little treehouse space. It was probably the cleanest and most homey space we have stayed in. Everything was as expected and true to the listing. If you have kids, this listing is definitely child friendly! Thank you for letting us stay! 10/10 would book again. ”

“This is a small historic barnwood cabin on a gorgeous vineyard. Considering this, it's a beautiful cabin; dry with electricity and plumbing. It's perfect for a close couple or a single person as the bathroom does not have a door. We loved the experience and would stay here again if needed.”

“Super host. There was a problem with fiding the actual location and a heating problem but the host took care of both problems and could not be more welcoming and helpful. Great WIFI connection and beautiful pond.”
