Their service is exquisite, the staff are so friendly and very professional, they greet you with a smile & i quick to respond any issues that arise. “这家酒店整体上看还是非常不错的！位置佳，闹中取静；服务好，热情周到；周边环境也不错，在哈拉雷属于相对理想的入住选择。不足之处：1、酒店电梯少，电梯故障颇多（我们入住的时段有此问题），高峰时需要等很久才能坐上电梯；2、酒店同标准的不同房间配置标准不一，有的房间好，有的房间差一些。”

“This hotel is perfectly located right in the middle of Harare. Everything is walking distance. The hotel is dated, but it is definitely has a unique character to it. The view from my window was spectacular and breakfast really fills you up.”
