“I was here for my son's graduation from Mines. This condo was in a safe area, and it was very close to campus, which made things really easy for us all.Condo was clean, and the host had a welcome basket filled with goodies!”

“This was the perfect location for exactly what we needed. We only stayed the three nights but it was enjoyable and had everything that we needed. Thanks so much for providing bathroom supplies in the shower it was helpful to not have to buy stuff when we got there. We enjoyed our stay and I would highly recommend.”

“We were in town for a show at Red rocks and this place was perfect very close to venue, Safeway and Walgreens just a block away, easy door dash orders. My only comment would be that you should be close to who you are traveling with as there is not much “sound privacy” :) ”

“My 18 yr old son and I rented this condo for a quick trip to Denver. It is extremely quiet in this building. The condo was clean, pots and pans, streaming tv (need ur own logins), love the small patio and we felt safe due to a building lock, hallway lock and then of course ur front door lock. If you want somewhere quiet, this is the place for you. I never heard one person the entire 3 days I was there. Host are very nice. ”

“We stayed at this property in Old Town when visiting family in Arvada. The location was perfect! Once we understood how to get in and out using the fob and where to park we were ready to enjoy the area! The host was very responsive to our questions and we look forward to staying here again!”

“This is a lovely duplex in a quiet neighborhood but close to stores and a short drive from down-town Boulder. The lay out is great - with a bed room on each floor so there is privacy, comfortable sitting area and well equipped for cooking. A lot of nice small touches (coffee for the coffee pot; nice bath products, plenty of towels). The host was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again. ”
