“The house was cozy and clean. The beds were comfortable. We had a good stay. The bedrooms needed blackout curtains so we could not sleep in. We didn't use the backyard, but it was a mess, in contrast to the clean and neat home. ”

“Convenient parking in front of house with short walk to private entrance. Very spacious setting, many times larger than the average hotel room. Some nice retro touches such as a custom brick shower and a brick archway leading into a living room area, separate from the bedroom area. The antique hardwood floors added a nice touch. All the equipment and supplies for a longer stay were available. Only a short, safe walk to the Boulder mall area. All in all, no complaints, only satisfaction....Ron &……

“Perfect location for our stay! When driving in, the neighborhood seems a bit sketchy, but it's actually super lovely and I felt very safe! Four bedrooms means that all teenagers had privacy and we all had a place to recharge. We appreciated that simple amenities like shower supplies, dish soap and washing machine tabs were provided. ”
