“This was our third time staying in one of Betty's units, and it didn't disappoint. We regularly visit Golden to see family, and her place is located just a block from the creek and a few more from downtown. The kitchen is MUCH better stocked than just about any rental we've ever had, with everything from spices to coffee/tea, and even an air fryer! Bedroom sheets are super soft and the bed is comfy. Plus there's space for some remote work-from-home if needed at the kitchen table.We will……

“Michele was a great host, and the apartment is comfortable. The location worked well for me, and having access to a garage for parking was a bonus. It might be worth noting for future renters that the apartment is up a flight of steps. ”

“I was here 70 days. September through December. To begin with I arrive on a cold winter day and the heat was out. The communication with the manager was awful and took me all night to figure out why the heat didn't work, turns out it was because the boiler was out and took 3 days for it to be fixed. It was 50° at night in September when I arrived. The house was also very dirty all the appliances did not work very well or were extremely noisy. There was not any recessed lighting in the ceiling so……

“The apartment on Pearl Street was perfect for my stay in Boulder. The location is incredible. It is walkable to shops and restaurants on Pearl Street and very close to trail access at People's Crossing. The apartment had everything needed for a great multi-night stay. The kitchen was equipped with all of the necessities (pots, pans, utensils, etc.) plus a good size fridge/freezer. There is even a washing machine if you were to need it for a longer stay. “I stayed at the property for 1.5 days (2 nights). The property is quiet and well kept. Everything matches the pictures. The hosts are very responsive and accommodating. The location is perfect. You are only a few minutes from downtown, making trips short and Uber rides cheap.”
