“This property location was perfect for 2 families with adult children visiting the area for the long holiday weekend. Close to bars and restaurants, but off the main street, so easy to load/unload without stressful traffic! The hot tub made it fun for unwinding in the evenings adter dinner and drinks! The host was great with communication as well!”

“Great place to stay. Very roomy and very clean. Great communication by the host. Parking spot on the side was fabulous and surrounded by beautiful flowers and a koi pond. The master bedroom had noise from the street. This was disclosed in the listing so I took ear plugs and there was no issue. The place had everything we needed. Went into Boston a few days. The trip in was congested but the drive back was quick. ”

“The home is beautiful and in a wonderful walking neighborhood (Oak Bakeshop on Cypress is an easy walk for your morning coffee and delicious pastries), well equipped for a comfortable stay and close to everything. Daniel, the owner, was very responsive to any inquiry and went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. I cannot recommend this property highly enough and will definitely try to stay here on future trips to RI. You will NOT be disappointed!”

“For what they are charging, they should answer right away as you make questions; I asked about the check-in code and waited almost 6 hours until deciding to call a number that appeared on the app that was not correct, as they told us to call another number to ask for the info. Really??? We have to look for something that should be given???Bed sheets were not in place, so you had to sleep either with or without the comforter.The kitchen doesn't have the necessary cutlery to have persons in the……

“Couldn't have had a better time in Hull! Being right across the street from the beach was delightful. The nearby playground was a big hit with kids when weather wasn't good for the beach. The grills (3 in total!) on the deck made cooking outside fun and easy. Overall, we had a great time!”

“Our family of 4adults and two children had a great stay at Susan’s house. It was super clean and very comfortable for our family. The location is great for easy access into Boston and Centre Street only a mile away, had nice restaurants, bakeries and coffee shops. We loved the PAC Man game too would definitely stay again if we were in the area. ”

The kitchen had the basic amenities necessary for morning coffee, and meals and the bathrooms were well stocked with toiletries. Jeff was always available to answer any questions and check in on our stay. This house worked well for our family!”

“The house and location were perfect for our family! We stayed 4 nights to visit the Boston area and attended a concert at Gillette Stadium. The house was very clean with plenty of room. Excellent, laid back location on the lake. My family fished off the dock at the property which is close to the back door. The owner was very accommodating and checked on us throughout our stay. I highly recommend!!”

“Private, quiet, and spacious with great outside spaces. The two bathrooms on separate levels provided plenty of room for five of us to get ready without a line for bathrooms! Easy kitchen to whip up a quick snack. This property is enough removed from the city to be able to unwind yet close enough to quickly get to the venues and Providence amenities. Walkable to Starbucks and Dunks for early morning caffeine. ”
