“Perfect spot for the two of us. Super close to the harbor/downtown. Ice cream shop with picnic tables less than a block away. Amish style shop less than a block with sandwiches made to order.The only negative is how tiny the bathroom is.We loved it”

“Beautiful location. Drove from Ohio to northern Michigan on a weekend getaway for Labor Day weekend. We drove 10 hours overnight and were looking for a place to stay to explore the nearby dunes and pictured rocks farther north. We did not stay in the lodge too much as we were out and about, but the property had everything you need with cooking utensils and also a fire pit that was nice for a campfire at the top of the hill. The only thing that we experienced that was an issue was the check-in. ”

“Host was very responsive and the house was in a great setting/area right on the Legends Golf Course at Shanty Creek. Fast WiFi and extremely nice upstairs area with bunk room. Downstairs living room was well appointed with a beautiful view and deck area. ”

“No culinary tools- i.e.Cooking utensils-mixing/tossing bowl's- pots etc.No grillGreat location-walked everywhere No mattress covers on any of the mattresses-gross, you can’t launder a mattress!Upon arrival:1.Cleanliness of bed linens on a couple beds was questionable (did laundry while vacationing)2.Full outdoor garbage bin (maybe should have multiple bins)3. Allowed us to park 2 trucks w/trailers in backyard 4. Way too many glade plug-ins in outlets- total of 11 5. Upstairs smells like a smoker……

“Simply gorgeous. Every detail was perfectly decorated and comfortable. Meagan was such a warm and inviting host. This visit was for my birthday and while the weather didn't cooperate, the condo made up for it. I will definitely be back. I have a new favorite place to stay!”

“This place was fantastic. Everything we needed was right there and available for us. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and so convenient. The pictures were wildly accurate. The house was quiet, comfortable and very clean. The proximity to downtown and the beach was amazing. We walked to dinner and shopping. We walked to the marina and went out on the water with friends. We were in town for a wedding and we were so close to the venue we couldn’t have asked for a better……

“My family and I stayed here for a week, wanting access to Torch Lake for the sailing regatta we were in town for. The house provided a great gathering location and place to create great memories! The deck by the water was our favorite place to hang out, with the most incredible sunsets!”
