“This cozy cottage was the perfect place to stay when moving our daughter into IU. This was our second time staying here and we will definitely go back. Cindi the property manager goes out of her way to make your stay a great one. I highly recommended this cottage to anyone planning a visit to Bloomington.”

“This is an old building, and some of the concrete is in need of repair, but that is my ONLY criticism, and I know that in the current economy that would be impractical. I likes everything else. The management and staff are efficient and friendly, the garden is beautiful, and the bird-watcjing opportunities from the balcony are excellent!”

“Our group enjoyed the spacious double king suite. The beds were super comfortable which made for a fantastic nights sleep, and it was great to have TWO bathrooms.. Breakfast was plentiful, well stocked and clean. Front reception staff were friendly kind and courteous. ”
