“I recently stayed at Sam’s Lake House, AMAZING with breathtaking views of the lake. The large windows allowed me to fully enjoy the serene winter scenery, as snow fell. Sam was incredibly responsive and went out of her way to ensure my stay went smoothly, even arranging the cleaning crew to expedite their work.Thoughtful touches throughout the house, like the wide variety of games available—even 420 games, though it's important to note that smoking isn't allowed on the property. “This is a wonderful home! Completely stocked with anything you could need and more. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend and will definitely be back!”

“Great place with plenty of room to host dinners for the family we were visiting. The down stairs area was great to keep all the kids entertained. Only suggestion we would make is to install a hand rail on the stairs inside the house. It would help some of the elderly family members we had visiting. Other than that it was a great place with plenty of room. The open concept of the kitchen, dinning room, and living room was great for entertaining. The 3rd bathroom off the kitchen was also nice……

“We needed to make a last minute trip to MI from SC to visit family. We were so lucky that this little gem was available. It is small and cozy but had everything we needed. The weather was cold and snowy. It was beautiful. It felt like we were inside a snow globe during our stay. It was only 8 minutes from our family which made it very convenient. We usually make MI our summer vacation but after this stay we are thinking of adding a winter trip. This was a wonderful winter retreat.”

“The property is beautiful. There is an expansive yard right on the water with a small beach. It is cozy place with two bedrooms on separate floors. Each bedroom has a bath (one full; one powder room). The kitchen is well-appointed. The furnishings are modern and new. ”

“Very Uniquely shaped house. Nice finishes and decor. The Gameroom downstairs came in handy for Winter stays, and the fireplace added welcome ambience. ”

“We had a very pleasant stay here. The view is beautiful and the furniture is comfortable. It was warm enough in October that we got to use the kayaks and that was enjoyable. We were able to see beavers, swans and other birds. The house has a good vibe and we had a nice time staying here. ”
