“This is our 4th year coming back to Marc and Suzanne’s beautiful condo because they make you feel so welcome and communication is great. The home has a light and beachy feel and is super clean. It is well stocked with everything you need for cooking, books to read, games to play and best of all 2 blocks to the beach. You can see sunset lake from the living room and porch and watch beautiful sunsets. They also supply 6 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas in a locker at the 7th Ave. Beach entrance. Our……

“My boyfriend and I spent two weeks working remotely from this property - and it was exactly what we needed! Great wifi, clean, very close to the beach. Blaire also provided us with beach badges, parking pass and bikes - which were all great to have! Would definitely book again.”

“The apartment had a great location close to the beach , shops and restaurants. It was very spacious with lots of closets. It included a washer/dryer and an outdoor sitting area. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and had central AC which was delightful during the hot weather. The property managers had their office in the building. They were very friendly and helpful. It's a really great place.”

“I booked this listing only for them to cancel it, jack the overall price up, and then re-listed it. Place was extremely dirty and didn’t have any amenities. Plenty of false advertisements on the listing. I couldn’t utilize the garage as stated. Not a single tv worked. Photos on the site didn’t match what was in the home. Very disappointed!!!”
