“We loved the beauty and character and decor of the hotel and particularly our room. Staff were exceptionally helpful. I walk with a cane and our check-in young man noticed (i should have noted his name but he wore eye glasses) and moved us from a second floor room to the fabulous first floor room. The all day coffee/tea station was much appreciated. The breakfast outdoor and indoor area was so charming and the food was delicious. The location was fabulous and so close to great restaurants like……

“The only concern we had as a cultural difference was the lack of bath hand towels (to wash) verse huge bath towels (to dry). He had to constantly ask for extra towels which were the huge bath towels (to dry) that were only available. ”
