“The cleanliness and facilities of hotel room were OK. The corridor had a heavy smell and lasted for a few days. The counter service was not good. When checking in at night, there were three groups of guests waiting for the counter staff to appear, waiting for more than 15 minutes. During breakfast time, we found most supplied food was gone and asked them to refill some. Their reaction was very cold. The housing had a simple kitchenware, but the quality of the pot was very bad.”

“I had to transition to San Jose on a rather short timeline for work. This property was in a perfect part of town for me and offered all the amenities at a reasonable price for the area. It also had plenty of space as I did have to bring more personal items than a typical traveler. This rental really worked out well for me.”
