“We are from southern Indiana and our daughter and son-in-law now live out of state. We met here for a short, family vacation centered around our son’s graduation from Trine in May 2025. It was not warm enough to enjoy the water, but this was the perfect house for a small, family-oriented grad party. There were MANY thoughtful extras that previous VRBO stays have not had. “Cal and Laura were amazing hosts. We had family from Connecticut, New York, Michigan, and Kansas in for our daughter’s graduation from Trine. The house was spacious with all we could have needed. The deck was my go to spot for my morning coffee and evening glass of wine. The kids enjoyed the fire-pit making s'mores. If you need a clean, well-stocked place for a large group for graduation or really any time visiting the area I would highly recommend it. ”

“This house looks like it’s surrounded by a salvage yard. House is old with parts remodeled. The bathrooms are interesting with shower area completely separate from toilet sink. I don’t think there was enough time for one person to clean between groups. There was still food in the refrigerator and dishes in the dishwasher. Pool was old, but kids enjoyed it. Pool table was a huge hit as well as Disney. It was nice to have space for the family reunion group.”
