Lots of room for visiting and fun and safe area for kids! This place was amazing, comfortable. Would stay here againin a heartbeat! ”

“Let me sum up this place in a word; Dirty. My calls to the manager from my cell phone were blocked. The calls from my land line went to a Full Mailbox. Evolve continually sent me 6 digit verification codes to my cell even when I had not contacted them. When I did ask for one, none worked. The sheets and blankets are deeply stained, so much so that I wondered if they were washed. The only entry for guests to return to the house is a back door. The way there is easy to trip and not well lit. The……

“I want to start by saying that i have given ample time for the owner to get back with me about partial refund for my stay. The listing atates that it is a 3 br 1 bath home this is inaccurate. It is a 2 br 1.5 bath duplex.When we arived the water smelled horrible. It was a very strong sulfer smell like rotten eggs. I contacted her right away.this took 5 days to fix. In the mean time were were buying bottled water to brush our teeth and showering at family house. The internet went out on day two……

“The water did not work for the majority of the time. It was fixed once on the first day which resulted in muddy/ dirty water but that was short lived as the water promptly went out within the next day and a half. They could not get anyone out to come repair the water again. Not to mention the dryer did not work. We were told that someone would be out to replace/ repair but that never happened. Expedia should be ashamed for continuing to list this property after being told that it was not……
