“My family gathered for Fathers Day weekend and we had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. We rented a Pontoon boat and were able to dock it outside the home on their canal. Pool was great, used the grill and had some fun games of pool. All in all a super weekend at Mark and Silvia’s home. ”

“My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this house in Port Charlotte. The house is very comfortable and has everything you could possible need for a relaxing vacation. The pool and the lanai are terrific! I enjoyed many mornings and evenings drinking my tea outside. The location was perfect for the activities we wanted to do. “The house was very well stocked with the thing a traveler needs for a short stay or long term stay. House was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The only thing I like and it wasn't there is a TV in the bedroom. I also didn't like that they didn't have cable TV, so I could at least watch local the news and weather. Everything were streaming channels, so if you don't have Netflix or prime or some other app there wasn't much to view.”
