“This was a really maginificent place to stay in the heart of Morpeth. It's in a fabulous historic building. The rooms are big, the bed is comfy and there's a great guest lounge. “not a good time to check in, no service at all after Christmas day, the worst is hotel did not send me the check in information, eg. entry code, room no., etc. Then, as a overseas tourist, cannot have a local phone for this purpose, have to ask another room customer how to check in. “We’ve been frequent guests at this motel throughout the years having stayed 30 times over the past 6 years Excellent accommodation for a good price. Handy to the University & Mater Hospital, a very reasonable distance to shopping malls. We were accommodated in the newly built rooms for our most recent stay & the rooms are clean, tidy & modern, the beds are extremely comfortable! Staff have always been friendly, courteous & helpful. There is ample off street parking which is a bonus”
