“Overall the home was quaint and cozy. I could do without so much furniture and it was dusty. The home could use a deep cleaning by professionals. It was otherwise a nice place. ”

“Overall, it is a great place, but there are no heat vents upstairs which means it is quite cold unless you leave the upstairs doors open so that heat can come up the stairwell. I ended up getting a small space heater to warm up the bedroom I used. I am sure it would be fine in warmer months and I noted that there is a window AC unit in the bedroom closet so summer heat wouldn't be an issue. I would stay here again as it was otherwise perfect me.”

“I needed a Vrbo rental for a funeral this past week. This location was ideal and the bedrooms were able to accommodate the three families for a few days just fine. There were thermostats for both floors to adjust the temperature. We were able to get the upstairs to an ideal temperature for everyone, but the basement was a bit cooler. I will caveat that with the temperatures outside being in the negatives. Overall the beds were very comfortable and we had enough space to talk and the kids had……

In addition, the dishwasher hadn't been emptied from the last renters, and the oven had not been cleaned in quite awhile. However, Alex, the owner, was extremely responsive, as always, and we certainly will return for future visits.”
