“We loved staying at the Minerva Guesthouse. The hosts are lovely and thoughtful. as are the staff. It's really what makes this place special. The location is excellent, right near the beach for an early morning or evening walk when the tide is out. Our room for three was tight but with everything we needed: an excellent shower, comfortable, clean bed, and closet space. Go for the location, but stay for the hosts. ”

“Agnes is so welcoming and a ray of sunshine! The breakfast is a very high standard, your bedroom will be furnished beautifully and the beds are comfy. Located close to the center and free parking. “Our stay started well with a friendly welcome and the warmth continued throughout our stay, felt sad to leave. The room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of storage space. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice and all delicious. A great bonus of Tregella is that it’s close to the beach (any closer and it would be on the beach) and close to the town centre but on a quiet road.”

“This property is so lovely, The hosts Karen and Andy are so warming and kind . Ted the poodle is so adorable too ! Everything was perfect, breakfast was fresh and really nice . “Debbie and Peter were fantastic hosts who made us feel extremely welcome. Our room was a good size with plenty of room for all our things plus a travel cot. Breakfast was fantastic- freshly cooked and made exactly how you like plus all the cereals and fruit etc. Great location with the basic shops, pubs and takeaways. Train station within walking distance and just a short drive to Looe and Polperro. ”
