“Very lovely stay ”

“This property is staffed with some exceedingly dedicated customer service professionals who made my stay perfect. The only downside was the nightclub down the street making noise on Sat, but I have nothing but good things to say about the hotel!”

“The service was good, the room was clean and everything worked well in the room. I would definitely stay agian. Small things to improve. We stayed on the 8th floor and we were told to use the 9th floor breakfast lounge. The key to the elevator would not let us go beyong the 8th floor. When we talked to the receptionist they had to have the approval of their supervisor to give us a different card for us to use the elevator to go to the 9th floor to eat breakfast. Again ,we asked if we can have……

“I really like the hotel and staff but the rooms are extremely hot and no AC. We had to change hotel because we couldn't stand how hot it gets even with a fan. ”

“I contacted the hotel in middle of the night to arrange airport transfer. They replied within 5 minutes & that gave me confidence that they look after their guests. Room was was spacious, nice and cleaned daily. I requested a room change and this was done without hesitation. I reported minor damage to a floor tile & this was repaired within 30 minutes & checked by Mr Sirak. Very efficient. The hotel is in Bole region, in South Gate Plaza. There's a barber on the 3rd floor (so……

“I enjoyed my stay in this hotel close to the city center also the welcome and friendliness of the manager and the staff. The rooms are clean and spacious with a small balcony ,, the bedding is comfortable, the breakfast is plentiful, as well as the dinner I took several times .. There is a good internet connection. The manager of the hotel is very friendly he is listening to his clients. Everything was perfect !”

“Staff were great, I appreciated the discretionary early check-in, cleaners were great, bed comfy, very spacious, lots of storage in the bedroom, location is perfect but there are some basics that need sorting out. In as much as the aparthotel looks nice, the construction quality is poor... there are noticeable gaps on the window frame leading to noise disturbance from outside, the shower is not very hot, the faucet in the sink gives oui warm rather than hot and they both take forever to get to……

“The accommodation is of course not luxury, but I think the value for money is perfect here and the staff are very nice and helpful. And unlike other accommodations in Ethiopia, you don't have to worry about being scammed here and they really helped you. If you don't expect luxury, you don't pay for luxury here, but of course you don't get luxury either, but a great place to sleep and experience Ethiopia better!
