“This was the perfect place for a relaxing weekend. Quick walk to the beach and a great patio to enjoy the day. ”

“We loved staying at the condo, enjoyed the short walk to beach and our host was excellent!. Only thing we did not love is that the beds and the pull out beds they were not very comfortable I would say the mattresses worn out. But overall the stay was a good one for us. ”

“We had an excellent stay- the house and property are spectacular. The large rooms/ living room provided us with areas for playing games and having dinner together while at the property. The house is stocked with linens, towels and kitchen supplies, truly don’t need to bring in a lot of stuff like you do at other places. “We stayed at Nell’s property on a last minute spring break getaway. The location was perfectly set on the beach with easy access to the Oceano Dunes. Very charming older home. Had amazing views of the Pacific Ocean sunsets and the fire pit was in perfect location to watch people get stuck entering and exiting the dunes. ”

“My mom and I loved the property. It is quiet and clean. It is also roomy and lots of natural sunlight and cold sea breeze. The backyard is relaxing hearing different birds chirping and flying all around you. It is about 5 minutes to Pismo and very close to the Monarch Butterfly Grove. ”

“I can't speak highly enough of this stay. Firstly, the photos do not even do the view justice; it is better. Expect that you will wake up above a beautiful cloud inversion nearly every morning, watching the sun set over the mountains with beautiful different colors every day. “We cane to visit our son at Cal Poly SLO, which was 20 minutes from the property. Great property across highway from beach - our dog was in heaven. The property was clean and owner was available for any questions or concerns. Would definitely stay again !”

“We had a good time at this location. It was pretty windy so we did not get a fire started in the fire pit but enjoyed the ocean, walking on the beach and the sunsets were awesome. It would be helpful to have some coffee filters available. Thank you.”
