“Although just 1 night, Our stay was amazing- When checking in the Older Gentleman was so welcoming and friendly. He explained rules of the property clearly and directed us to our little cottage. The cottage itself was a small studio style and it had a beautiful ocean view and was reasonably priced and perfect for a little romantic getaway.”

“Exceptionally clean, lovely views with lots of windows. Had a little trouble with the lock but management quickly addressed it. Really close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. I would love to return. One thing to note is the hotel next door gets early deliveries and it can be a little loud at 7am. I just used that as a reason to take a long walk on the beach. ”

“Perfect little getaway. I loved that they had a game room that had a toddler kitchen with all the play food to go with it plus a ton of other fun games for kids and adults. Good location. Close to beach and grocery store. Cant wait to plan our next trip”

“Beautiful place to stay. Small and cozy . The place seemed clean but then you look closer and it’s clean sheets and towels. There was a contact lens on the floor in the corner by the bed. Makes you wonder ? And a random person just walked in our place, she said she thought it was someone else place. Perfect place to stay if you’re gonna be out and about all day. Location was beautiful. ”

“This was the 4th time my family, and I stayed at the Pink Gem, and it was just as wonderful as the first time. We just love the location! It is so nice to sit and enjoy the ocean views with a cup of coffee in the morning and a glass of wine at the end of the day. I have recommended this place to others!”

“Large living room and outside patio was huge with BBQ, that we didn't use this time. Host thought of little things to make the house my homey from toiletries to coffee. We loved the house and would love to come back with more time to spend.”

“Had a nice little stay here for four days. It was a nice in-between meet up with my daughter from LA, I from the Bay Area. The house is just as is pictured, wonderful yard (we had an our little pups), and good location for walks around the lagoon, up to the beach. Easy access to other community amenities. There was a storm related electrical hiccup, which was quickly responded to and resolved with the manager's and PG&E. I recommend this place, and would consider staying here again! Enjoy!P.S.……
