“The uniqueness of this property is that it is located in the heart of Edwards. It sits along the river and feels like you are in a large home and not a hotel. A bonus is that it is also pet friendly and right on a walking trail along the river. ”

“It is hard to find a place to stay in Avon with a large group. Plenty of room for everyone here in comfort!”

“We traveled with 4 adults and 5 kids and stayed at this condo in Arrowhead. The condo was great and pool / hot tub was what we needed after a day of skiing. Sean was very easy to communicate with and helped answer questions during our stay. The Mountain was awesome with the lift a very short walk from condo.”

“Not a thing wrong. Perfect location for our group since we like to stay out of the hustle and bustle!”

“Place was nice and well stocked. Description made it sound like there was an extra bed but this is a 3 bed VRBO. Mattresses were excellent and shower pressure and hot water was tremendous. Garage was a plus but is small. Neighbor in the above unit is loud at very odd times. He must have a night job. Overall, was worth the money. Thank you. ”

“The property is located in Arrowhead with easy access to the slopes. The home is well stocked and in beautiful condition and obviously well cared for by the owners.”

“Very well-appointed townhouse! Layout was great, with garage for boards. Each bedroom has a great bed and its own bathroom. Kitchen was well-stocked with plenty of pots and pans, cooking utensils, silverware, and seasonings! Livingroom was super comfy with large TV and Apple TV. Host Deb was very responsive, too. Location did mean we had to drive some, but Arrow Lot was no more than 15 min. ”
