“The house was very accommodating for our family with an open space, kitchen, and nice kitchen counter space and all utensils needed for breakfast. Our mom is disabled so the downstairs bedroom privacy and en suite bath was a total plus for us in accommodating Mom. The surrounding neighborhood was quiet and seemed safe. And convenient stores nearby for groceries, etc. Nikki was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely choose to stay at her place again.”

“Had a great time here. The house is set up as a cozy and efficient loft. Although it is small, it doesn’t feel cramped at all. The location is secluded but still close enough to various shopping centers and about an hour from Hollywood, which is great for being able to sightsee without having to stay in the mix. 5/5”

“We used the space to host my fathers 84th bday party. The space was perfect. Located on a cul de sac it was quiet and more than enough parking for guests. The open living/dining room was more than enough space for the gathering.”
