“Our place was clean, comfortable and smelled fresh. We only used it for sleeping but looked like the kitchen was well equipped. The fold out sofa bed was not very comfortable. I would definitely recommend it if climbing stairs is not a problem. One of our party counted 37 stair steps.”

“We enjoyed our stay the apartment Labor day weekend and it was very clean and peaceful. Loved the location went for walks around downtown. We turned AC off and opened the windows At night was in 50s and 70s during day cool breeze was so nice. Has good wifi used my PS4 they have a large new big screen smart tv that was nice to have. Laundry room was clean and nice. Overall a very enjoyable stay and we will be booking it again every year. ”

“Our family loved staying at the Exchange. Our loft was very clean with fun decor. The location is fantastic in downtown Effingham. We enjoyed evening drinks at the Wheat Penny downstairs. We will definitely be repeat visitors!”

“Beautifully restored loft with lots of cozy touches and personality. Clean and well stocked. Very responsive host. Walking distance to many eating places (WB’s has a good breakfast) and a couple of bars (didn’t frequent any of those though). Would recommend, and would stay again if ever back in Charleston.”
