“Warm welcome to the hotel, with a nice coffee shop and wine bar on the ground floor. The hotel was well maintained, and always smelt fresh. Room service was around everyday, would have like a door sign to indicate when we wanted room service or were happy without, and also the shower leaked under the door, but otherwise, we enjoyed the stay. ”

“We had a lovely stay here. It's a nice and well maintained hotel. When we arrived we were welcomed by a friendly young man. The rooms are as mentioned on the website. All necessary amenities are present. A nice bonus was the small fridge since it was quite warm outside. We booked our stay with breakfast, at which we were welcomed by a friendly lady every morning. Breakfast was nice and there was lot's to choose from. I would stay here again when visiting San Sebastian.”

“Clean and neat. Quiet and good sleeping comfort. Very helpful staff when checking in, recommending good restaurants.”

“We enjoyed a very pleasant short stay at Casa Nicolasa. This pension is ideally situated close to the old town. The staff were friendly and particularly helpful. The room we chose waste with a terrace. These rooms are at the back of the property and, whilst it is nice to have outdoor space to enjoy a glass of wine, the view is only of the surrounding buildings. On reflection we might have opted for a room with balcony at the front of the property. That is a minor detail which did not detract……
