It offers amazing views of Folsom Lake facing west for nice sunsets and the home neighborhood is great for walking to the nearby parks. We had lots of nice wildlife around including deer, peacocks and hawks flying at eye level. The owners provided a very clean space, updated appliances to cook and a very warm welcome to a great space. I would highly recommend this VRBO. ”

“Our family stayed here for as we were in town for my niece's wedding. It is a beautiful and spacious home (all of the updates are lovely and the furnishings are great). There is a bike trail that is easily accessed from the cul-de-sac. The beds were comfortable and the house is quiet. The hot tub was broken during our stay, so we just used the pool during the 98 degree F weather. It was refreshing and just what we needed to help cool off. “Keri our host was so sweet and accommodating. The house was lovely, it made us feel welcomed. The patio was great to sit out on in the mornings and evenings. We were gone from 11:00 am to 6 or 7 each day but got one mornining in the pool which was very refreshing. Highly recommend this home The Getaway is the perfect name . Thank you Keri for sharing it with us.”

“We had planned on using the house as home base for outdoor activities for 4 adults and 2 teens, but the weather had something else in mind. We experienced rain during much of our visit and had to hole up in the house. However, the fireplace, TV area on the second floor made it a wonderful place to hang out. Highly recommend!”

“The farmhouse was so beautiful and it was a perfect setting for our family get together celebrating our sisters birthday. We made some truly lasting memories. We especially loved all the outdoor activities and amenities. There was something for everyone to enjoy, and the kids had an amazing time exploring.
