“Excellent stay! Spotless, great furnishings and bed, well stocked kitchen, patio great, large and very nice bathroom. Excellent host- couldn’t ask for a better stay in this lovely home. The extra touches were noticed and appreciated so much! Can’t wait to return!”

“Lovely property and great for family get togethers. Probably was one of the best stocked rentals we have ever had. Lots of Coffee K-cup choices and food staples. We catered in brunch for 15 family and there were plenty of utensiles and dishes. Very friendly for our 2 year old with toys and a little tent fort in the basement. Extremely comfortable beds.”

“Lots of room for gathering. Nice for everyone to have their own space. Pool space is nice but foliage is weedy. Ant problem in the kitchen so we couldn’t leave food out at all. It has been everything you need for cooking inside and out. Game room down stairs is great also.”

“This is a cute house in the wonderful college hill area. It was near everywhere we wanted to go while in town. Also close enough to downtown. There a nice workout room and great coffee and hot tea selection.”

“We had a great stay at this lovely house in College Hill. The location was perfect for our family--within walking distance of shops/restaurants. We also walked around the neighborhood most days. The house was very clean (difficult, with wood floors), and the beds were comfortable. There were a few minor issues raised, which were well received by the owner and the management team, both of whom were very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.”
