“The treehouse was fun and very clean and our check-in instructions were easy to follow. The downsides were that we stayed in the winter and because it’s a treehouse it was pretty cold on the bottom level away from the heater. The top level that had the bedroom was plenty warm. It is also a farm so roosters do crow at 5:30am, so sleeping in may or may not be an option! Also, the ranch cart does not work too well in cold conditions so you may have to walk a bit in the cold. “Our stay at the sunnyside lake house was absolutely amazing communication with Laurie was better than any host ive had. The property was not only clean but it was homely. It felt like you were visiting a friends home and not a rental. They even had a tree up inside for the holidays which my son loved very much. It had all the cooking ware plenty of dishware, and the kitchen is very spacious. Over all our stay was great and our host wvn messaged us to make sure everything qas still gong well. It……

“Overall our stay was pretty good. The room downstairs was difficult for our kids to sleep in because of the drafty windows and squeaky bunk bed. The dishes were really dirty but we ran to the store and got new sponges, soap, and batteries for the thermostat because they were almost dead. Still much better than a hotel and the host was very responsive. ”
