“The treehouse was fun and very clean and our check-in instructions were easy to follow. The downsides were that we stayed in the winter and because it’s a treehouse it was pretty cold on the bottom level away from the heater. The top level that had the bedroom was plenty warm. It is also a farm so roosters do crow at 5:30am, so sleeping in may or may not be an option! Also, the ranch cart does not work too well in cold conditions so you may have to walk a bit in the cold. “Our stay at the sunnyside lake house was absolutely amazing communication with Laurie was better than any host ive had. The property was not only clean but it was homely. It felt like you were visiting a friends home and not a rental. They even had a tree up inside for the holidays which my son loved very much. “This home is very large. They turned an old schoolhouse into a home. There is plenty of room and beds for our family. And plenty of bathrooms. The playground was also convenient. ”

“The property is within walking distances from everything. Only problem I had was the bathroom was not properly clean and the owner had to send someone to clean and responded in a timely manner. Overall a good stay but I think the owners need to inspect the cleanness more throughly. ”

“The location to downtown is perfect and the use of a garage is wonderful. The house comes equipped with most needed items. It was difficult to figure out how to get into the internet on the TV. A few things that could help the stay is more glasses and lower down on the shelves, ice trays and instructions on TV and internet use. Well worth the money though.”
