“Came to visit my son for Senior Day, and to celebrate his achievements. This home was two blocks from his dorm This home reminds me of my grandparents home back in the day. Has all you need, however found out too late there was a French press in cupboard! While I am not a Keurig fan, there was one with k cups provided. The neighborhood is quiet and most conveniences are a really short drive away.Myranda was quick to respond to any questions we had and easy to work with for check in. “My daughter attends Tabor. We're from Alturas Ca. When I brought her here in August I stayed at the motel. But she said you should try the containers. We really enjoyed it. I was like I could live in one of these. The kitchen itself made me think I'm going home to dismantle my small kitchen. I emailed the host on many times asking questions. Always helpful and friendly. “The treehouse was fun and very clean and our check-in instructions were easy to follow. The downsides were that we stayed in the winter and because it’s a treehouse it was pretty cold on the bottom level away from the heater. The top level that had the bedroom was plenty warm. It is also a farm so roosters do crow at 5:30am, so sleeping in may or may not be an option! Also, the ranch cart does not work too well in cold conditions so you may have to walk a bit in the cold. “We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house was clean, kitchen was well equipped, the beds were very comfortable, and the location was perfect. My daughter and her friends, who attend Tabor college, thoroughly enjoyed the downstairs and played pool every day. I enjoyed the big kitchen to make home cook meals for the college “kids”. The landlord was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Hillsboro or Marion. ……

“It was just disgusting and we ended up not staying. We booked through VRBO looking for a place we could stay with pets. This was very scary area and just bad. The “massage parlor” in the hotel was just the last straw. Lol ”

“The property is within walking distances from everything. Only problem I had was the bathroom was not properly clean and the owner had to send someone to clean and responded in a timely manner. Overall a good stay but I think the owners need to inspect the cleanness more throughly. ”
