“La ubicación del hotel es excelente, está súper cerca de la Sagrada Familia. El desayuno estaba muy rico. Queremos agradecer especialmente a David, quien nos atendió con gran amabilidad desde el primer día. Al vernos llegar con el carrito del bebé, nos ayudó de inmediato con el check-in. “Arruinaron nuestro viaje. Era el cumpleaños de mi esposa y cuando llegamos que uno de sus hoteles, donde se suponia que nos teniamos que quedar, "no estaba disponible". Asi que nos mandaron a otro hotel mucho mas lejos de donde ya habia planeado. El internet del nuevo hotel no servia, intente llamar a la directora muchas veces. Un trabajador dijo que nos iban a dar un reembolso y nunca paso. La atencioin pesima. Tuvimos que andar con nuestras balijas y nuestro carrito de nuestra hija de 3 años……

“Please don’t come here. The extra fee is not specified clearly. And the check-in is complicated which we cannot check in at the apartment which did not stated in the email sent. “给了我一个最旁边的房间，浴室没有热水，已经超过晚上12:00，也不愿意先给我换房间休息，前后花了超过一个小时才修理完毕，而且据说全酒店只有这一个房间热水出问题。工作人员表示，晚上只有一位工作人员，他要负责前台又要负责整间酒店所发生的所有事情根本没有帮手，效率非常差。第二天早上又是没有热水，洗手台都是冷水，后来淋浴才有热水。浴缸下水非常的慢。房间有蚊子还有小飞蛾。早餐面包机不能使用，只有吐司机。酒店看起来似乎装修好，但是內部人员管理非常需要改进。酒店除了人員口頭表示歉意，並未做出任何賠償以及補償的方式。”
