“Overall nice stay, however very overpriced for the experience. Restaurant staff is very inexperienced and English is difficult for most to understand for correct meal orders. If you’re there for the “bar-b-que” night, be warned it’s somewhat chaos and orders may not come out correct or at all. “Hotel muito bom e confortável. Quarto espaço e com mini refrigerador. Banheiro muito bom. Café da manhã é mediano. Poderia ter mais opções para veganos, inclusive leite vegetal. Poderia sinalizar os pães e bolos que são veganos. Os ovos mexidos ficam mal cozidos. Mas se pedir eles fazem individual bem sequinho. No geral é um excelente hotel. ”

“Beautiful property, oasis in the desert. ”

“I really loved my experience at Tierra Hotels, the service, the atmosphere, rooms, everything was amazing. The only thing in my opinion that could be better was the food, that was good sometimes and not so good a few other times. It was French style, so sometimes you would have to repeat a dish as the food was insufficient. The bed was a bit hard for my tasting but luckily the hotel had a pillow top which helped tremendously. “Website should be proactive and notify weekly about weather conditions. It is important to advise what clothing to pack for different explorations. When exploration is at 5K altitude in spring, there could be very low temperature, which requires winter clothes. At the same date bike exploration at the hotel altitude requires light clothes as it is extremely hot.”

Ele não fica perto do centro que é a Caracolles, mas disponibilizam carona para lá sem cobrar. Tem água gratuita nos quartos para beber. Eles também emprestam toalha para os passeios que precisa. “Overall, it is a very nice hotel. Like apartment, you have kitchen, bathroom, living room and so on. Not so many choices but good breakfast. It’s not safe in Calama, so it’s a good idea to choose a hotel like this with gate and security. ”

“The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The room was great, the beds were comfy and there were heaters for the cold nights. The breakfast was very good and on the day we left it was too early so they packed up a breakfast for ua to take. The only two negative things is that they have a restaurant in the inner courtyard which has music playing until around 11pm, so if you are trying to sleep early this can get on the way. Also, the shower had was a bit broken and kept turning to the left side.”

“I have forgotten to take back my passport during checkin. On the next day of checkout I was super panic that I have lost my passport. I searched all my luggages and could not find it. At the end I realized the receiption has kept it. I am UNSURE why they did not return the passport to me to my room. A large part of the bathroom facilities are rusted making it a bit uncomfortable. ”
