“This is a brand new hotel that just opened 2 months ago. It was an amazing hotel, very beautiful, in an excellent location in the Centro Historico part of Mazatlan. “The place was wonderful; however, the communication with those who book the room was horrible. Upon arriving at the spot which I believed to be the hotel, the address given was incorrect, as was the photo. Thank God the folks renting some of the apartments heard my calls and helped me out.
