“Unit was nice and clean. It was just as advertised. The neighborhood was a little iffy. Our neighbors (guests in the unit next door) would smoke in and around their building so the entire entry stairway smelled like cigarettes. Also every night between 10:15 - 11:15 or 11:30, they would start yelling at each other and pounding on their doors. But inside ur unit, it was very clean and nicely furnished. And since the A/C was working so well, we just kept all the doors and windows tightly closed……

“Was in Pomona for work for a month. This was the perfect place to fit my needs. The location is great, nice neighborhood. The host was fantastic and her wonderful dog Lily was a joy as she greeted me each morning. I will be staying again.”

“Sadly, an unexpected situation with our stay occurred. The listing displayed, showed a delightful area for sleeping, eating and grassy yard for our pets that we received approvals for 1 service dog and 1 non service dog. The area was under construction, no place for dogs to roam and play. During a shower, i noticed water all over the floor & informed host. Shortly after bathroom use, the toilet began to leak which was very unsanitary. I informed host that we just couldn't complete the stay. She……

“The picture looks very good, but what you don’t know- until you pay and actually get there- is that it is a very oddly-shaped 2nd back house. There is tight parking for two cars in the garage that you share with the residents of the 1st back house. Also, you reach the garage through an alley in the back. The neighborhood is ok, but the parking on the street is atrocious!! I felt very much duped.Monrovia is a beautiful city, but there are better places to stay.”

“I rent this property because it is approximately eight minutes from my grandsons and I like the two bedrooms and two bathrooms with the living room in between so it gives each person enough privacy. It probably doesn’t bother most people, but I have neuropathy in my feet so the rug in the living room hurts to walk on. My grandsons loved hanging out in the pool and hot tub.. during the day it is pretty empty so it was a nice way to spend an afternoon. This was the third time that I rented in this……
