“Thank you a wonderful stay”

“Very clean, has everything needed for a stay. Extremely comfortable bed. Has a nice kitchen set up for a kitchenette. Very convenient location, was helping to move someone in to Cal Tech, and right near campus. If you are sensitive to noise, you can hear cars/trucks drive by because it is very close to the road. You can also hear others in the house. I brought a white noise machine. The parking lot is very tight, but able to get an SUV in there. ”

“We had a fantastic stay at this property! The location is ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions, and the space itself is comfortable and well-appointed. The large bedrooms and beds provided plenty of room to relax, and having two bathrooms was such a luxury – no waiting around in the mornings!The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making sure we had everything we needed. “The only thing I was surprised about was that this property is a converted covered patio that is attached to the host's house. After getting over that surprise and worry of safety, we were just fine. We needed somewhere to sleep, eat, and shower while we played at Universal and Disneyland and we were able to do that! Place was clean as a converted parking can be! We really appreciated the use of the washer and dryer. That helped so much with our luggage packing. We would stay again! The host is……

“Very comfy, extremely clean, spectacular views, exact neighborhood we wanted since my friend lives there. Could not have asked for anything more!!! One little tub issue was fixed within hours of it being reported. Will definitely stay again and recommend to others looking to stay in the canyon. Thank you!!!”
