“Building exterior has deferred maintenance and is not exciting on approach. Only 1 parking place was tough - but not terrible. A few little things, but overall the home was great for what we needed - close to Disneyland and room for family. Beds were comfy and it was quiet.”

Kitchen with everything we needed if we had cooked. Close to all the beaches we wanted to see. Close to stadium and to Disneyland. This was the perfect spot for us. The pool looked very nice. We didn't have time to swim.”

All the beds are super comfortable. Check out instructions are clear and easy. The owner was super nice and responsive. Highly highly recommend ”

Rita is always easy to contact, and she is very kind and happy to answer any questions; although we had few questions because precise information was readily available on the site and inside the unit. “This was a nice space for our group of 7. Lots of beds, 2.5 baths. Everything was very clean, well supplied and well kept. Access to the laundry facilities was a nice perk. Location is pretty good, it is just a few mins to the freeway. We were able to get out easily for day trips to San Diego and Joshua Tree. Disney is 15-25 min away.Accessing the property for the first time was an experience. I originally tried to open someone else's garage door, then drove around until I finally figured out……

“Perfect location for what we were trying to do on our trip. Walked everywhere, lots of places to eat, shop, visit and explore. The building is secure and the attendants are keeping an eye out for your safety…since homeless people are everywhere downtown…no matter how far you stay from skidrow. The rooftop was great. The loft was clean and very spacious. The host and owner were both very friendly. I would say my only complaint is the parking situation but that’s to be expected in a large downtown……
