Not particularly close to that many non-fast food restaurants but if you’re willing to drive 15-20 min there’s plenty nearby. The house itself was very clean and sweetly decorated. “We needed a place to stay so we could be at our daughter’s graduation. This apartment was the closest we found. We were able to get to her in 15 minutes by car which made things very easy. Eric great about being in contact. He had a very nice assistant work with us as we arrived. Our flight was terribly delayed, and he stuck with us with kindness. Everything was clean. Excellent instructions easily found. Wonderful artwork and posters. Didn’t use kitchen except for fridge; however, easily could……

“I am so grateful for this host. She was compassionate, I booked because I have an 80 year old looking for a walk in shower. It had two steps we struggled with in the front but the place was clean and had great attention to detail. The mattress was incredibly comfortable for my mom and was the perfect height. Parking was a bit challenging but reasonable for someone that can walk at a normal pace. Would stay here again for sure. ”

“Perfect location for what we were trying to do on our trip. Walked everywhere, lots of places to eat, shop, visit and explore. The building is secure and the attendants are keeping an eye out for your safety…since homeless people are everywhere downtown…no matter how far you stay from skidrow. The rooftop was great. The loft was clean and very spacious. The host and owner were both very friendly. I would say my only complaint is the parking situation but that’s to be expected in a large downtown……

“We had a wonderful time here for a quick birthday getaway! The loft was spotless and very comfortable, check in and security were great and the area was very walkable. Would definitely recommend!”

“We had 3 days planned of Disney, California Adventure and the beach planned. This was an affordable option over a hotel. We were centrally located for all our plannings. Give or take with California trip you are as close as 10 mins from Disney Toy Story parking lot and about 25 mins from the beach. ”

“We chose this property due to its proximity to Disney and it did not disappoint. Our family of 5 had plenty of space and the accommodations were comfortable. It took us 20-25 minutes to reach the entrance to Disneyland and California Adventure. The property was very clean, but could use new carpet and the paint could be touched up in some areas. The process from booking to check out was very easy. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others!”

Traveling with two teenagers, having an adequate amount of space is a priority for us. Hotels just don't cut it for us anymore. Place was clean, although the walls could use some cleaning. Being able to park in our own private garage while on vacation was a game changer. Reps were available and responsive when contacted. We will definitely stay here again. ”
