“Building exterior has deferred maintenance and is not exciting on approach. Only 1 parking place was tough - but not terrible. A few little things, but overall the home was great for what we needed - close to Disneyland and room for family. Beds were comfy and it was quiet.”

“Such a great location and property. Everything you could want for a location in so cal close to Disneyland. The walk to the park is not too bad. Our kids adored the bunk beds. All the beds are super comfortable. Check out instructions are clear and easy. The owner was super nice and responsive. Highly highly recommend ”

Rita is always easy to contact, and she is very kind and happy to answer any questions; although we had few questions because precise information was readily available on the site and inside the unit. “Excellent, walkable area. We were in LA for a hockey game at Crypto.com arena. Jordi's place served the purpose very well. It was easy to find, check in and park. “Great little condo, walkable to the beach and the second st downtown shopping and dining. The kitchen is set up if you want to do some cooking. The one draw back is your bedroom is also the main living area, so you could not entertain. Would also be nice if the front yard was set up with some seating, but since there are other units, maybe that's an issue. Overall, good deal. ”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Glendale. We were in town for a wedding, but stayed a few extra days. We loved being able to walk to so many shops and stores nearby. This unit is just as described in the listing. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of supplies left for us. We didn't have to run to the store for anything! “This apartment is even larger than we expected. It had everything we needed and the location is perfect! It is walkable to anything you need. Also, the owner is extremely responsive. If anything needs to be fixed or cleaned, it’s as easy as a text. I would definitely stay here again! ”

“Overall, enjoyed our stay. For check in you have to coordinate with a person who may or may not be another resident in the building? They forgot we were coming, then when we got there, they said they were buzzing us in, but it wasn't working. Eventually we got up to the room because someone else was using the elevator and we jumped on. The condo itself is as pictured. Please note there are no bedrooms. Murphy bed is in the living area. “Overall a great stay. Close to Disneyland, about 25 mins to the gate with young kids but you can also drive of course, as there is access from that side of the park. Very clean and updated space with comfy beds. Only complaint would be lack of cleaning supplies and consumables such as laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, and then basic kitchen consumables. For a few days stay those small items would be greatly appreciated instead of having to go out and buy all those little things.just to……

“My stay was just ok. While the condo itself was cute/quaint and I loved the big bath tub, the use of a bike, and the proximity to the beach. There was far more that I didn’t love. The area was very noisy (constant people in the courtyard/street and use of a leaf blower in the courtyard for over an hour at 8 one morning). The grass out front wreaked of dog urine. The bedroom windows are giant so opening them for air flow since there is no AC, lets anybody in the courtyard look right into your……

“The property owner was very nice and made it a very easy check-in process with email communications. Very close to Disneyland all within walking distance, which made it wonderful. The house was stocked with things that we needed. The townhouses were a little ran down, but this property. had some updates inside which made it welcoming. Overall nice stay.”
