“I loved staying here. i was surprised to see a note as i walk in stating volume buttons on the tv do not work. Upon further investigation, the TV has a heavy layer of dust on it. It is a plasma from 2012. As a tech geek i hate that the TV is so outdated. As a consumer i dont like that nothing about the TV was said in the listing. Outside of that, the stay was magnificent. 1 star taken away because there was no prior communication about a broken tv, ”

“This property was good for what we needed. If you want to be in/near downtown LBC and/or the beach the location is perfect.The size of the unit is great for 4-6 people. Off-street parking is good to have. The unit was clean and functional.For the size and location we thought it was a good value and would stay again.”

“Convenient location. Just as pictured. It can sleep 3 but the sleeper couch is not the most comfortable. It could extra blankets so that the 3rd person can actually have something to cover up with as well. Beyond that everything was great and I would most definitely opt to stay there again.”

“I was lucky to be able to book this place while attending a conference at the LB Convention Center. It was just the perfect spot, clean, beautiful, safe and near the LBCC. I took an uber twice and it ranged from 7-10 depending on the time. I walked to the Convention center the other days, a beautiful 10-12 min walk. The host was very prompt to respond to any questions and we didn't have any trouble with the check in or check out. I would highly recommend this place and will gladly stay here……

“The host went above and beyond for our stay! We asked for an extra crib for 7 month old twins which she provided and without asking gave us an extra highchair. Access to Disney was seamless. We would definitely recommend.”

“Great comms with Gerardo. Location central between LGB airport and harbor. Nice clean place. Some wear and tear in bath with wallpaper but barely noticeable. Interior door to laundry wouldn’t close to isolate laundry/back porch from main house. Didn’t use the fire pit area but seemed like it would work fine. Wasn’t really ready for us to use with two gas bottles sitting around and not really set up with the chairs.Gaming was a blast with old school Pac-Man! Overall nice place and would……

“The unit was spotless upon our arrival and had everything we needed for our 6 day stay, including a highchair for when our granddaughter came to see us. The bedrooms are roomy, each with an ensuite bath and comfortable bed. The location is downtown and a quick walk to the restaurants and coffee shops we love. Will definitely book again. ”
