“The property was below expectations. The complex was on the rougher side, and there were damaged items in the house including the couch. The bed mattress was still wrapped in plastic and not comfortable to sleep on. The internet speed and tv variety was nice, as well as the patio area. The host was very communicative and brought towels because there weren’t any, but the towels were small, thin, rough and stained. The price was very reasonable, but I would not stay here again. “The space is clean, we’ll equipped and right in the middle of the best that Santa Ana has to offer. “Stayed in area for kids who go to Chapman. Good communication, comfy beds and easy check in. Appreciated the quick check ins from owners. Place slightly older and does not look as nice as we expected on the outside especially coming in at night and trying to find parking.
