“Great stay. We spent the week in Pasadena for the Rose Bowl parade and football game. Having this pool house to come back to each day made the trip that much better. The host was extremely responsive and friendly. My kids loved the hot tub and my wife loved the fireplace in the house. We had a great time and can’t wait to come back.”

“We had a lovely stay! The house had vintage charm and was nicely decorated with all the modern conveniences and the biggest TV I've ever seen in a home! Many extras like a Keurig with pods, bottled water and a nice outdoor seating area in back. Close to many restaurants and stores and all Long Beach has to offer. Will try to stay here again next time we're in town.”

“If you want to stay in South Pasadena, this property has an excellent location as so much is walkable - the train, the grocery store, lots of restaurants, the library. We appreciated also that there are a lot of spices and some condiments and that food preparation was easy. It is nice to have an office space if one is doing some work. It is a small space.”

“Eileen was very responsive and flexible. We had a little mix up with the checkin and she cleared it up immediately. Neighborhood is great, nice that it has a parking spot given the area.”

“Great place to stay for the weekend. But the home was not very clean. There were sticky dirty stains on the kitchen floor. The silverware and some pans in the drawer had food stains. The light switches were visibly dirty. The toilets were not cleaned properly. There was a spill of some sort with chunks of something in a downstairs bedroom that was not cleaned. The top linen on the beds was dusty. I thoroughly cleaned everything before I let my kids walk around and start using the home. There……

“We loved our stay in this impeccably decorated cottage suite. The yard is beautiful and the neighborhood is clean and safe. The bed was so comfortable and the furnishings beautiful. The huge walk in shower was an extra bonus after a dip in the spa. I enjoyed lounging on the patio during the day. The kitchen is well stocked and having the washer and dryer was really nice. We would definitely stay again. the day. ”
