“Stayed here for 3 nights, the apartment is exactly as pictured. The apartment was clean, bed was comfortable. No real complaints except for the process of the key fobs as it took some time to figure it out. But other than that I would definitely stay again now that I am familiar of the process. No complaints of the neighborhood. ”

“Perfect area for our stay with our daughter. Wouldn’t stay with more than three adults as it is small but the walk to the beach is short and perfect distance between Venice and Santa Monica Pier. WiFi worked well but we didn’t have cell service inside the bungalow so had to walk out to talk on phone if needed. Communication with owner was good and all questions were answered. Don’t forget to move your car Tuesday mornings! ”

“Great size apt, nice balcony and bathroom accommodations, bed was good. Parking space was hard to access and poles made entering/ exiting vehicle a challenge. Sun beating down on unit kept ac running in afternoon but unit cools off quickly as sun goes down. Noisy location next to blvd and nightclub on corner but not to point of losing sleep. Overall a good stay and acceptable amenities here at a decent price point. I’d stay again.”

“We stayed 3 nights at this location and were very pleased! The apartment was lovely and had everything we needed. The location is excellent and we loved that there was a grocery store and some food options within waking distance. The communication from the host was excellent, as well. “This apartment worked out great for our purposes in LA. It was close to UCLA and Westwood. The fact that it was two bedrooms and had a cute kitchen, really helped us spread out and feel comfortable while there. Also, very thankful for the parking spot in the back of apartment vs street parking. The apartment was a little difficult to find, so it could be better marked, and the stairs were a little old and scary, but there's not much you could do about that. All in all, great value and comforable……

“Monika was a great host and was always accommodating. She communicated well and checked us in to ensure we were ready to go by answering all of our questions. The space is quaint but enough room where my spouse and I had plenty of room to spread out. The pool is very refreshing and the additional shared space is awesome to lounge in.
