“Only real issue is continuous toilet running but if you shut the bathroom door it muffles it a bit. There was a bit of outdoor noise and others could hear everything said or done. Not really good privacy. Kitchen: Not many utensils, only 2 fork, 2 spoon and a couple knives. I didn't feel comfortable using the pots or pans, they felt a bit sticky. Only one hanger in closet to hang all mine and my partners dress up garments. Parking was tough to find a spot to where you won't have to walk a hike……

“We were recently displaced from our home for several weeks due to the Pacific Palisades wildfire. We decided to go to the Marina del Rey area, as it was far enough from the fires that air quality might be better. This apartment was perfect for us - husband, teen daughter and small dog. Bedrooms were spacious, kitchen was adequate (I did bring my own knives and a couple of higher quality pans), and we enjoyed having laundry available. “My wife and I stayed here for her birthday in January, and it was absolutely perfect. We live in San Francisco and had always wanted to hop over to LA for a weekend. “Jen made us feel comfortable and welcome. The bed was cozy, and both the room and bathroom were extremely clean. The dogs were initially scared of me because I was a stranger, but they still let me pet them occasionally. The neighborhood is a little sketchy, but Jen’s place made us feel safe. I highly recommend her place for a comfortable stay close to LAX and centralized part of LA.”
