“Muy sencillo y antiguo el hotel. El ascensor no funciona. Por fortuna eran 3 pisos para subir con maletas. La habitación muy anticuada, el baño nada agradable. Tenía una ventana, con una vista muy fea , a un techo de una casa al lado. No había ni una silla, 1 solo gancho y closet muy estrecho. Muy anticuado. Nada de shampoo y con jabón pequeño de barra muy mala calidad.”

“NaturHotel is very beautiful and totally a game changer in the hotel category. Such a beautiful place, scenery and if you come to relax in Cuenca, Ecuador; a must see place to stay.. However, here are just some flaws.. service request takes forever to come. There are only a few units so the service should be fast. I understand that the concept is “one with nature”, at least put a mirror?! It was a good stay.. would i come back? Yes! Just don’t expect too much..”

“Very friendly staff, very clean good area, very close to a long stretch of parks on the river. About 10 minutes walk to Mall del Rio, that has shopping and restaurants.it costs about 5 dollars for a taxi ride from the airport..”
