The staff was really helpful with everything we asked concerning our stay in Riva. Location is good and supermarket, restaurants etc. in walking distance or you can loan a bike from the hotel. We highly recommend Aris Apartments! :)”

“Don't even know where to start. This hotel was the highlight of a larger trip through Europe. The combination of old and new architecture is amazing. The spa is wondeful. Highlight was out bar tender though. Giuseppe made the best drinks ever. This place is top notch. Location is amazing, everything in walking distance. Staff is super helpful and friendly, goes the extra mile. This one really deserves the 'Grand' in their name.”

“The BEST Breakfast I have ever had in the hotel!!!!!!!!!Variety of choices, no matter from foods to drinks. As we booked the cheapest room, we cant see any view from our room.It doesnt look what the photos mentioned, however, the room is tidy,clean and spacious. There is a beautiful lake view behind the resort, it just takes 5-10mins walk,highly recommended to visit the lake park!!”

“Wir hatten eins der schönen neuen Cottages für einen Sporturlaub gemietet. Diese liegen neben dem Hotel im Bereich des Pools. Für die Mahlzeiten geht man rüber ins Hotel. Das Hotel an sich ist schön klein und übersichtlich. Das Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Und die gebuchte Halbpension war sehr lecker und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Sportmöglichkeiten um Hotel sind vielfältig. Wir haben das Gym, den Innenpool und die Squashhalle genutzt. Außerdem war das Hotel für uns Ausgangspunkt……
