“I have stayed in many places and travel frequently. I had family in from Guam and wanted a tranquil place to receive them. This property checked all of the boxes. Not only was it extremely clean and welcoming, it was well furnished, and the pictures are very accurate. This home came well equipped with everything, including spices and more cookware and dishes than you could ever need. We watched the sunsets over the views of Puget sound on the deck. “Beautiful home in quiet location. Our suite was spacious and very comfortable. Incredibly clean and the kitchen had everything that we needed. Home, garden and neighborhood were all lovely. Definitely would recommend!”

“The property location was great, views were spectacular. The house was clean and well stocked with all amenities, loved the charcoal BBQ. When I'm back in the area, I will certainly book it again.”

“We loved our stay! Property was clean and updated and very enjoyable to stay at. Only complaint is the second twin bed is a trundle and not easily accessed, plus we had to make it up ourselves. Not a deal breaker but just an inconvenience. Being right on the water is a huge plus and we would stay here again in a heartbeat. We’ll definitely try to stay here again next time we’re in town. “We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The quiet, secluded, insanely beautiful view was just what my sister and I were looking for. The hot tub and outdoor seating area with fire pit was perfect in the evenings. The unit is down some fairly steep stairs, so keep that in mind if you have mobility issues. We only had one minor issue with the shower, but the host fixed it within the hour while we were out exploring the area. The host does live on the property, so you will hear them walking……

“Quaint cottage right on Lake Josephine. Very welcoming and had all the amenities you need! The best location on the island. 1 mile walk to the store and coffee shop. Restaurant and bar right next door and the golf course is just across the road. Islanders were very friendly and helpful. We rented kayaks from a local that lived just down the street. Only place on the island that we found to get lake equipment. Bring your fishing poles and your swim trunks. There is few great spots for swimming……

“The Steilacoom Ferry was simple to navigate online tickets as well as boarding. During the short ride across the water to Anderson island we saw dolphins and tons of jellyfish. The VRBO was incredibly easy to find from the ferry docking- maybe a 5 minute drive & just two turns. The back deck of the VRBO faces the water. You can just sit out and watch the sound first thing in the morning and at the end of the day. Having complete access to the waterfront as well as kayaks was amazing. During low……
