“Great location with a wonderful view of Puget Sound. Spacious 2 bedroom—each with its own bathroom—plus a guest bathroom. Lovely and clean. Full kitchen with everything one could need in order to cook their own meals, reheat leftovers, etc. Nice living room and dining room. We would happily stay here again, and would be comfortable with staying longterm on another trip. ”

“The condo was new, super clean, and close to the main parts of Tacoma. We would stay again. We had some challenges because we did not find the property address or wifi information easily. Better if the information came in an email or was easy to find in the app. Surprises were that there is no assigned and parking on the street is crowded. Also the condo is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Still, a great place.”

“We had a great stay! Views were amazing and the home has everything you need. Beds were comfortable and spacious. Ron made sure we had everything we needed. Check-in and check-out process was easy. The area was quiet and peaceful, and the area felt safe and secure. I plan to book here in the future. Overall great stay! ”

“We travelled from Alaska to Federal Way for a surgery. While this condo is not new or fancy, it fulfilled our needs perfectly. Very close to Virginia Mason facilities, shady and cool even in a heat wave. Excellent shady 1/4 mile driveway loop for initial rehabilitation walks, and many wonderful trails/bike paths nearby. Grocery stores and restaurants in walking distance (1-2 miles) Everyone in the neighborhood was friendly and kind. Responses from the host to our questions were almost……

“Traveled from Tulsa to Tacoma for a week's stay and so enjoyed the proximity of this location as a hub for our PNW day-trips, e.g., Port Orchard foot-ferry to downtown Seattle, Owen Beach, etc. Also, we found access to downtown rail, bus and trolley system just a quick/short walk. Hospitality: Host made the check-in process easy, communicating early and as needed over the course of our stay. From finding the property, to knowing exactly where to park, and gaining access to the condo. “We visited Seattle and nearby attractions: Mt. Rainer, Multnomah falls, Olympic NP, North Cascade NP. So decided to find a place where it is in the middle of all these places. Tacoma was a good spot. Location: The Condo was was located in a a quiet and historic neighborhood.
