“We travelled from Alaska to Federal Way for a surgery. While this condo is not new or fancy, it fulfilled our needs perfectly. Very close to Virginia Mason facilities, shady and cool even in a heat wave. Excellent shady 1/4 mile driveway loop for initial rehabilitation walks, and many wonderful trails/bike paths nearby. Grocery stores and restaurants in walking distance (1-2 miles) Everyone in the neighborhood was friendly and kind. Responses from the host to our questions were almost……

“Traveled from Tulsa to Tacoma for a week's stay and so enjoyed the proximity of this location as a hub for our PNW day-trips, e.g., Port Orchard foot-ferry to downtown Seattle, Owen Beach, etc. Also, we found access to downtown rail, bus and trolley system just a quick/short walk. Hospitality: Host made the check-in process easy, communicating early and as needed over the course of our stay. “The property was very well taken care of and nicely decorated. The kitchen and bathroom was clean and well stocked. The main issue we had was checking in- the code we had wasn’t working and couldn’t get a hold of the owner. (This was around 10:15pm) She did respond after about ten minutes and was able to let us in and the stay was flawless after that! ”
