It was the perfect landing spot for our group while we attended a 3 day conference that was less than 15 mins away. Kitchen had everything we needed for preparing meals, beds were comfortable, AC was so nice for those warm summer evenings. Grocery store is just over a mile away.”

“We booked here for a stay in Tacoma innorder to be close to friends and Gig Harbor. We were blown away by the community spaces upon entry as there is a kitchen and wonderdul searing area on the ground floor. Also the room we stayed in was cozy and comfortable. The best vibe was meeting other travelers grabbing coffee in the kitchen or even doing laundry before we left was fun! We were able to drive into many hotspots of Tacoma in less than 3 minutes and near freeways to go anywhere we wanted. We……

“The place was perfect in every way, very clean, very spacious, and had absolutely everything we needed. The restaurant under the property was top notch, and affordable. We ended up eating there for lunch and dinner a total of five times. The place was newly remodeled and feels brand new. If you need to work from there, keep in mind the wifi isn't strong enough for video calling, but generally works fine. The area around it wasn't very safe. Across the street there were weird people all……

“The house was beautiful & very clean! It was perfect for our weekend trip. We hit a snag with Vacasa who was handling all the questions for the property owner. They weren’t very good at troubleshooting our problem with the keypad entry code, but we eventually managed to get in. About half hour later we received a call from the owner and she was very kind & we appreciated the call! :) luckily we only required the house for an overnight stay because there wasn’t any WiFi available and our service……

“First off, let me state that this property shouldn't be a VRBO... There is nothing vacationy about this property and its comfort is not what someone would purchase for any vacation. Things I liked: The bathroom shower was glorious! I own a custom shower and this property's shower was better. The place was VERY clean. The price was cheaper than most hotels in the area. Quiet neighborhood. Things that I didn't like: The front door is askew which caused issues initially as I couldn't get the……
