“Nice experience overall. Beach was not crowded. Great ocean views. Clean property. Friendly staff. ”

“The condo was nice and clean, and the property owner was quick to respond and easy to work with. The only thing that I wasn’t perfectly happy with was that some of the areas around the property were a little bit sketchy. Immediately surrounding the condo is fine, but if you walked too far off, you would have some areas that you felt a bit unsafe. Although, that’s kind of to be expected whenever you stay near any downtown.”

“We loved being so close to great little neighborhoods, restaurants and markets. It helps when the host and the place are wonderful as well.”

“Loved this property. The location was perfect and all the neighbors had dogs, which is a huge plus for our family. The food next door was wonderful and the Tacoma dome was less than 10 minutes.away, which saved us from having to pay for parking. Would love to stay there again. ”

“Really easy to work with everyone here, and it's a really good location at a really good price. Everything we needed for the two of us, in an efficient, clean and well thought out place. We really appreciate not having a laundry list of to-do items on checkout, and really appreciate that everything was easy to coordinate with check-in and everything just worked when we got there. “Place was clean. No issues.”

“The condo was new, super clean, and close to the main parts of Tacoma. We would stay again. We had some challenges because we did not find the property address or wifi information easily. Better if the information came in an email or was easy to find in the app. Surprises were that there is no assigned and parking on the street is crowded. Also the condo is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Still, a great place.”

“On street parking is fairly easy to find. You will hear music from the businesses around. Cool neighborhood with vintage and antique shops galore. Good beds. One bedroom is downstairs. ”

“Fantastic space & location for visiting the Tacoma Dome! Check-in, dedicated parking spot & communication were easy & seamless. Home was clean, comfortable & full of extras! Not exactly a neighborhood that offers much outside of proximity to the event space, but was a perfect location as a home-base for exploring the area.”

“This 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for our family. The beds and linens were extremely comfortable and we loved the coffee station for quick mornings out the door. We were here on business and it was great having a tv in both rooms so my sister and I could have some quiet time to ourselves. The location of this property is perfect. It's a 3-5 minute walk to downtown and right around the corner from the police station making it feel both safe and convenient. We would absolutely stay here again……

“This place was nice. Communication was excellent. The instructions were concise. The condo was clean.”

“We lived in the Tacoma area many years and knew of the mental illness/homeless problems. Thought it had improved somewhat. Clearly not! Behind us the Fawcett building appeared to house many mental health victims who were out and about causing unsafe conditions. GGuestsGuests”
