“Great beach house feel”

“It was rainy so we didn’t go out. Only stayed one night”

“Do not hesitate to book this Carriage House! Theresa is very quick to respond to any questions you have. The rental is spotless. The property grounds were stunning. A short walk up to the beach area past the main home has chairs and the water is crystal clear. The rental has its own little patio with firepit, wood and grill. There were k-cups which were much appreciated along with creamer. Makeup wipes in the bathroom. A nice cushiony tub mat in the shower. Super thick plush bath towels. Books……

You get to see deer in the field in the back and it’s just a short drive into downtown. We took our dog and he absolutely loved the trials behind the house!”

“Very nice, updated property. The home met all of our needs and we enjoyed the access to the water. There was an issue with the heat and property manager and owner acted immediately and remained in constant contact with us which we really appreciated. I recommend more pictures and decorations throughout to give the house a homier vibe. We would stay again.”

“We loved the view of the lake and the use of pontoon rental. Our first day was quite chilly , but we managed to get the heating unit up and running. Was just the right size for the two of us to relax. The location was tricky to find at first but make sure to follow map instructions for main as there is no street sign and is for sure a steep hill right down to the water.Would like to suggest steps to get onto the deck as this is a climp up if you are short.We would like to rent a few cottages in……

“Close to all of the great things to do in Traverse City. Older home but well kept. Stocked kitchen if you wish to cook. Allowed an early check-in which was appreciated. ”

“The cottage was perfect for our get away. It was windy and cold so we did a shopping tour of the towns around the lakes and wine tasting. We did a little kayaking. Great Lake for that. Had a little bon fire. This is great place to stay.”
